JONATHAN BEN ROSENBERG runs on beach walks and late dinners. We built this shop for the second one: seafood that behaves like a pantry staple instead of a special occasion.
Each line is selected for how it performs after freezing, not just how it looks fresh. Prawns stay firm, squid stays tender, and the fillets hold together in a pan rather than turning to mush.
We buy in small lots from processors we speak to directly, then pack in Maroubra under a cold chain we control from start to finish.
If you are cooking for two or for eight, the portions are sized so you can use exactly what you need and put the rest back without waste.
