Dispatch and delivery

JONATHAN BEN ROSENBERG dispatches from Maroubra, Australia. Orders are packed in insulated cartons with gel packs so the cold chain holds through transit.

Order processing: orders are picked and packed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Transit time: please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. Most metro addresses arrive well inside that window, but regional and remote postcodes can sit at the outer edge of it.

Tracking: a tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel is collected. If tracking has not updated for more than five business days, contact us at info@aureliagear.shop and we will chase the carrier.

On delivery: move the contents to a freezer as soon as possible. Our cartons are designed to hold temperature for a normal delivery day, not for a full day on a doorstep in summer.

Lost or damaged parcels: report a parcel that has not arrived within 7 days of the expected date, and report damage within 48 hours of delivery, so we can verify it against the carrier record.

We currently ship within Australia only. Orders outside Australia cannot be accepted through this store.
