Orders and pricing

  • All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, if a pricing error is obvious, or if we suspect fraudulent payment.
  • Product weights are approximate. Frozen seafood can vary slightly in size and yield between batches.

Food safety

  • All items are supplied frozen and must be kept frozen until you are ready to defrost them.
  • Defrost in a refrigerator and cook thoroughly. Do not refreeze once thawed.
  • Allergen information is listed on the product page and on the pack. Seafood is a recognised allergen; our packing area also handles shellfish.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it goes live.
